Thermodynamic Modeling and Multi‐Objective Optimization of a New System Presented for Reutilization of the Lost Heat in Combined‐Cycle Power plants

In combined-cycle power plants, a large amount of thermal energy is lost when the boiler and steam unit are out order gas operated in single mode. For first time, this work suggests every plants should be equipped with kind system to recover waste heat by producing hydrogen generating electricity. This combines Rankine cycle thermoelectric generator, finned-tube exchanger, proton exchange membrane produce hydrogen. Having been designed, suggested assessed energy, exergy, exergo-economy laws. Furthermore, impacts some effective factors on efficiency costs precisely analyzed. Eventually, presented optimized considering two main purposes exergy costs.
